4060 9786 Sports Legacy - Exercise to Get Super Fit includes 6 fitness tests (i.e. 3-minutes of stepping test, hand grip test, sit-and-reach test, standing long jump test, single-leg stance with eyes closed and Plank) offered for participants by the Sports Legacy Scheme Fitness Coaches (retired Hong Kong Team Athletes). Participants are required to watch a teaching video first and then perform the 6 tests.
