Terms and Conditions:
- A winner is required to produce the award notification letter and the HKID Card for identity verification and prize redemption. In the event that a winner fails to collect his/her prize before the deadline stipulated by the Organiser in the notification letter, the winner shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the prize.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or equivalent in kind.
- The Organiser will not provide any certification or compensation to winners for the loss, damage or theft of the redeemed prizes.
- The Organiser is not the supplier of the prizes for the lucky draws. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of the prizes shall be resolved between the winners and relevant suppliers. Prize redemption is subject to the operational terms and conditions of the suppliers. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable in any way.
- For the purpose of result announcement, the Organiser may disclose and publish the names and other relevant personal data of the winners for identity verification.
- All personal data of participants collected in the activities will only be used the lucky draws and the announcement of results. The data will be destroyed within 3 months after the "Closing cum Prize Presentation Ceremony of the 9th Hong Kong Games".

Entry forms submitted by participants shall be regarded as void if:
- the name of the participant, his/her HKID Card number or telephone number is missing, or that the information submitted is incomplete or unclear, making it impossible for the Organiser to identify or contact the winner, or verify his/her personal data;
- more than one, or none, of the district(s) has/ have been selected on the entry form; or
- an entry form other than those provided by the Organiser, or a photocopy of such form is used.
- If any entry form drawn in the lucky draws is regarded as void or any winner is found to be ineligible for the lucky draws after verification of his/her personal data (including but not limited to any inconsistency between the information provided on the entry form and the HKID Card produced by the winner), the winner will be substituted by another participant on the waiting list according to the order of priority. The waiting list will be drawn on the day of the "Closing cum Prize Presentation Ceremony of the 9th Hong Kong Games".
- Each participant is entitled to receive one prize only. In the event that a participant is drawn as a winner (regardless of whether his/her submission is made online or in paper form) more than once in the lucky draws, he/she will only be entitled to receive the first drawn prize.
- The Organiser’s decision relating to the eligibility for participation, announcement of results and the arrangement for allocation of prizes shall be final.
- The list of winners will be published on the webpage of "The 9th Hong Kong Games", Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 18 June 2024. Winners will be informed by phone of the lucky draw results and the arrangement for collecting the prizes.

Disclaimer:
- The Organiser shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from any notice or correspondence issued which is misdirected or delayed or arising from any other matters during the course of the voting and guessing activities of "The 9th Hong Kong Games" (including but not limited to any error or omission during the lucky draws).
- The Organiser shall not be liable in any way to any person for any claim whatsoever arising from or in connection with the voting and guessing activities of "The 9th Hong Kong Games" whether for property damage, personal injury or death or of any other nature.
