The 9th Hong Kong Games Opening Ceremony is scheduled to be held on 21 April 2024 (Sunday). Free admission tickets are available at the District Leisure Services Offices of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department from 8:30 am on 2 April 2024 (Tuesday) on a first-come-first-served basis, with a limit of two tickets per person.
