Terms and Conditions:

  1. Winners are required to redeem their prizes by producing the award notification letter and their Hong Kong Identity Document for identity verification and prize redemption. In the event that a winner fails to collect his/her prize before the deadline stipulated by the Organiser, the winner shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the prize.
  2. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or equivalent in kind.
  3. The Organiser will not provide any certification or compensation to winners for the loss, damage or theft of the redeemed prizes.
  4. The Organiser is not the supplier of the prizes for the lucky draws. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of the prizes shall be resolved between the winners and relevant suppliers. Prize redemption is subject to the operational terms and conditions of the suppliers. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable in any way.
  5. The Organiser may disclose and publish the names and other relevant data of the winners for the purposes of result announcement and publicity.
  6. All personal data of the participants collected in the activities will be used for the lucky draws and the announcement of the results only. The data will be destroyed within 3 months after the “Closing cum Prize Presentation Ceremony of the 6th Hong Kong Games”.
  7. Entry forms submitted by participants shall be regarded as void if:
    • any required information, namely, the name, the Hong Kong Identity Card number or the telephone number, is missing, incomplete or unclear, resulting in the Organiser’s failure to identify or contact the winner or verify his/her personal data;
    • more than one, or none, of the districts have been selected on the entry form;
    • an entry form other than those provided by the Organiser or a photocopy of the entry form is used.
  8. If any entry form drawn in the lucky draws is regarded as void, or any winner is found to be not eligible for the lucky draws after verification of his/her personal data, the Organiser will make arrangements for substituting the winner with another participant from the waiting list according to the priority order. The waiting list will be drawn on the day of the “Closing cum Prize Presentation Ceremony of the 6th Hong Kong Games”.
  9. Each participant is entitled to one prize only. In the event that a participant is drawn as a winner (regardless of whether his/her submission is made online or in paper form) more than once in the lucky draws, he/she will be entitled to the prize first drawn only.
  10. 10. The Organiser’s decisions relating to the eligibility for participation, the announcement of results and the arrangements for allocation of the prizes shall be final.
  11. The list of winners will be available on the webpage of “The 6th Hong Kong Games”, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 6 June 2017. Winners will be informed by phone of the results of the lucky draws and the arrangements for collecting the prizes.
